Hello, my name is Fredrick Anthony Couch. I prefer Freddie though. I am 52 years old. I am doing 3 years for attempting to rob a liquor store. I have learned my lesson for sure, rob liquor stores at the end of the night, not first thing in the morning. I have only 5 months till I’m out again. I will be going to Vancouver. I would like to make some female friends that I can write back and forth with until I am out February 2023. I want advice on how to go about starting a relationship. I have never been in one. I’ve never had a girlfriend or been married. There are several reasons why but one main one is that I’ve been in Prison most of my adult life. 27 years out of the last 30. I have no skills when it comes to the opposite sex but would like to develope some. I was a drug addict who struggled with painful emotions due to a few mental health disorders. I supported my drug habbit through criminal activity. I mainly did break ins and robberies. I have robbed banks but they were not at all cool or worth bragging about. I am not a bad boy or a cool kid. I am only just beginning to value myself and am learning to love and respect who I am. I know that right now I am not healthy enough to think that I could be a part of a healthy intimate relationship, but I need your help so that one day I can be. 

I enjoy lifting weights and exercising. I do amazing beadwork and make many different things such as lighter cases and lanyards for your keys. I helped raise $2,000. for Cancer research once while in prison through my beading. I plan to go into business for myself once I am out. I am writing a book that discusses prison life, drug addiction, homelessness, suicide and also show cases my humour. I think that I am funny and I write comedy material. I think that my book is actually really good. I plan to sell it once I learn the best way to do it. It reads like a journal all based on facts. 

I really dislike liars and pride myself on being honest. I have always wanted a woman in my life but i’ve struggled with a poor self image. I am tired of being alone but know that I still need a lot of work so that I don’t dump my issues on to anyone. Please write me and develope a friendship while I’m still here and if you want to be friends once I’m out I would like that as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.
